Standing Orders Workshop

Medicines Management Group Northland (MMG-N) is a team of Te Tai Tokerau clinicians who develop and maintain a set of annually reviewed standing orders (SO).

Whether you are a practice manager, clinical lead, or authorised prescriber interested in gaining access to MMG-N's SO portfolio for your practice, or a nurse interested in using standing orders, come along for some kai and a standing orders kōrero.

Learning Outcomes:

• What is a standing order?
• Why standing orders are useful
• How to utilise standing orders safely in practice
• Your responsibilities in regards to standing orders
• How to access MMG-Ns standing orders

There will also be an opportunity to sign an MOU with MMG-N (for practice representatives) and take the test to gain access to MMG-Ns Standing Orders (for nurses).

Join us after work for refreshments from 5:30, presentation from 6pm.
