Description
Join us either online or in the Mahitahi Hauora Ratu Room (Rust Ave, Whangārei) for an educational evening on melanoma, presented by Dr Rajesh Patel. The presentation starts at 6pm. Those attending in person are welcome to arrive from 5:30pm to mingle and enjoy light refreshments.
The evening will cover:
- Recognising potential melanoma skin lesions
- Understanding the diagnostic pathway (pre-hospital)
- Understanding referral pathway options and key details
- Pathology - why it matters
- Follow up in General Practice
Content is tailored for GPs and Nurse Practitioners, but anyone who has an interest is welcome to join.
