Telephone Triage for Non-Clinical Staff

Dr Aisha Paulrose presents a two-part four-hour, interactive online workshop on Telephone Triage for Non-Clinical/Admin general practice staff. This workshop requires active and enthusiastic participation from a private space free from interruptions. You must be able to attend both evenings.

To enable all participants to take part actively this workshop is limited to 10 participants only. The form under "Register" is an application form only and does not guarantee a space on the course. We will be in touch with a full registration form closer to the date.
